John Edward - This Marine Veteran Had His Leg Amputated Then Became An Award Winning Athlete

John Edward served over 10 years in the Marine Corps . In his tenth year he got into an accident that was soon made worse by doctors. Medical malpractice resulted from his surgeries and ended with him having to get his leg amputated. Soon after John would lose his partner and best friend to suicide. Despite his hardship, John has fought through it all and come out as a medal winning athlete and inspiration to many around the world.
